DIABETIC EGG CUSTARD
3 eggs
5 or 6 pkgs. Sweet n’ Low
2 c. milk
1 stick melted oleo
3/4 c. Bisquick
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Blend all together. Spray deep Pyrex dish with Pam and pour into dish. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
