1 pkg Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast Cutlets
or use:
1 package Honeysuckle White Breast Tenderloins
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (reserve lemon rind)
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 Tbsp ground ginger
1/4 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp grated lemon peel (from reserved lemon rind)
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 Tbsp cracked black pepper
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, onion, soy sauce, oil, ginger and
red pepper to form a marinade. Pour over turkey and marinate for
up to 3 hours. Remove turkey from the marinade. In a bowl, combine
lemon peel, garlic and black pepper. Rub over the turkey coating
evenly. Grill until meat is no longer pink in the center and
internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F, approximately
15 to 20 minutes.
