2 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise about 1/2 inch thick
2 tsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium.
2. Brush the zucchini slices with the olive oil on each
side. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Grill until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. To
serve, cut the slices on the diagonal into thin strips.
