1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp pickled ginger juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup Brewer’s yeast
3 Tbsp pickled ginger, chopped
3 Tbsp cilantro, minced
Beat tofu in a food processor or blender, or with a whisk,
until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients in the order
listed, beating well after each addition. Use immediately,
