Cherry Cheese Whip
1 21 ounce can cherry filling
1 16 ounce container fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup reduced fat whipped cream
Combine cherry filling, cottage cheese, almonds and almond extract and mix
well. Fold in whipped cream and chill until ready to serve. Serve a dollop of
whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
