Tomato Salsa - 5g Carbs

Serves: 4 (Makes about 1-1/2 cups)

1-1/4 cups canned Italian plum tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
Pepper to taste

1. Coarsely chop tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and chill
before serving.
