1 cup frozen corn
1 6 oz. package pea pods, frozen
1 small red bell pepper — cut into bite-sized pieces
2 teaspoons fat-free margarine
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. In a medium saucepan cook corn in a small amount of boiling water for 4
minutes. Add pea pods and red pepper. Cover and cook about 2 minutes or
until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain.
2. Add margarine, dillweed, and pepper. Toss till margarine melts and
vegetables are coated.
