Chill: 1 to 4 hours
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 Tbsp honey **Note
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups cherry and/or grape tomatoes
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, ginger, honey,
and salt. Add tomatoes; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill
until serving time.

Prepare as directed through Step 1. Cover and chill in an
airtight container for up to 3 days.
