Serving size question
I notice that alot of the recipes give the nutritional values per
serving but fail to give the serving size. Knowing the serving size
helps me decide if a recipe is worth saving and trying because I count
calories, carbs, fiber, sugar and fat grams so having that particular
information is necessary for me. Is it possible to have this
information included in the posts?
Thank You!

Nikki,
I try to post recipes that have that info included
with them… but unfortunatley not all recipes give
all the information they should. Some say something
like serves 6 but then you have to follow the recipe
exactly to divide the finished product.
I agree with you … I like recipes that give specific
info like soups that say a serving is, for example,
1 cup. Yet others — one has to look carefully to see
it is included in some part of the recipe not clearly
seen. Seems pointless to give nutrition values for a
recipe and not tell the serving size in a measure
that is easily understood. That is also why I like to
know whenever possible the original source of recipes
to refer to when need be.
Thanks for being a member and I do hope you find
some recipes useful for yourself.
Take care,
Gloria
