1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

**To make this fruit sweetener, mix together 1/4 cup frozen
apple juice concentrate (thawed) and 1/4 cup granulated fructose.

12 small new potatoes (1 lb total)
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of freshly ground pepper

Peel off a 1/2-inch strip of skin around the center
of each potato. Place the potatoes in a steamer set over
simmering water. Cover and steam until tender, 15 to 20
minutes. Drain and reserve.

Orange Jalapeno Chicken Party Pinwheels

1 package 10" flour tortillas, 6 tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon jalapeno chilies, chopped
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley. chopped
4 baked or grilled chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
2 cups fresh spinach, cut in very thin strips
1 avocado, sliced

Mix softened cream cheese with jalapeño chilies, orange marmalade, green onions
and parsley. Spread on middle of flour tortillas, making sure to leave at lease

2 Pillsbury® Oven Baked frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 25-oz pkg.)
10 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 (6-oz.) can skinless boneless pink or red sockeye salmon, drained, flaked
4 thin slices tomato

Preparation Directions:
