3 oz tofu
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of turmeric
1 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp pickle relish
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
2 slices multi-grain bread

1. Mix together tofu and the remaining 5 ingredients and spread on
the bread. Cut in half and serve.
