Maybe others here will be able to point you in some good
directions from personal experience...

To begin with some use computer programs to monitor their
diet information... one of them is www.fitday.com
Check it out to see if this might help you monitor your
daily intake...

thank you so much for letting my join your group.
One of my new friends, in another group, AJ, recommended this group
to me.
She figures that you and some of the other member here, could help me
with my diet.
Rwo weeks ago, I was diagnoised as Borderline Diabetic. And I was put
on a 2,000 calorie, Diabetic diet.
have problem on figuring out a memu for the diet, from list of found
that I can have, and like to eat.I do hope that someone here can help
with making a menu.
We are planning to go and visit my birth mom in Sept. and I would
like to take my memu with me or send my mom a copy of it, so she will
have it , when we are other.
Four months ago, I weighted 213 pounds, I am now down to 207 pound,
with 57 pounds to go. and then have to learn how to keep the extra
pounds off.
I appreciate any and all help you could give to me.

		<description>Hi Esther: I am new to this group also. They are constantly
sending me great recipes. I need to get some more ink in
my printer and then I plan on putting them into a notebook
for me to take advantage of. I just had knee surgery 48 hours
again and have to lose weight and will be put on meds for
high cholestoral later this week. good luck losing weight
and eating healthy. My downfall is potatoes and eggs. I
have learned to switch to small red potatoes if i have
to have any and it doesn't raise my bs too high. hooray.
