Splenda baking mix is 1/2 regular sugar and 1/2 splenda. I sure couldn’t afford
the empty carbs and calories! I use splenda and add just a touch of molasses,
as dark as I can tolerate, to help with browning and in place of brown sugar.

My daughter’s family, none of whom are diabetic, are slowly switching to splenda
in place of sugar. She uses half table sugar and half splenda now and is
planning on cutting down the sugar over time.

I absolutely adore the splenda line, it has been a huge good thing for
our family as well. We have almost completely eliminated "normal" sugar
as well with a few exceptions the kids will still use a bit but I have
stopped using the baking mix where needed.
