Broccoli and Garlic - 3g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 2g Sugar
Yield: 4 side dish servings

2 tsp peanut oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp minced ginger
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Salt and pepper
In a wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the
garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli and broth, cover, and steam
for 3-4 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and
season with salt and pepper.
