I figured out the nutritional values of this recipe, and it
looks like this:
Regular Mayonnaise Non-Fat Mayo
Servings: 6 6
Calories: 534 475
Fat 35g 29g
Carbos: 45g 43g
Fiber: 1g 2g
Protein: 9g 9g
WW Points: *13 12*
If I were on Weight Watchers, this would be almost 1/2 my daily
food allowance.
If I were a Type II diabetic, this has way too much carbs for
a snack, especially combined with all that fat.
Folks, if you are going to post recipes for us, please figure
out the nutritional values for us. We really need to know this
info.
This recipe also gets 91% of its calories from fat with regular
mayo, and 60% with non-fat mayo. BTW, non-fat mayo tastes like
**** and I don’t think it can be heated.
Very few Weight Watchers’ recipes consider carbs, points are calculated from
calories and fat with a deduction for a limited
amount of fiber.
Weight Watchers is a great outfit, but it is not a system for diabetics, unless
the diabetic carefully checks the carbs in
every recipe. I use Weight Watchers, but they will not let me
go to their local meetings. They told me to get my diet help
from a doctor or a nutritionist.
Thanks for all the great recipes, I just check them out, and
make my own changes as necessary to suit my needs.

I mistyped, the % of fat in this recipe is 58.6% and 60%, not 90% and
60%; still way to high.
