Hello, my name is Sonya. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high
cholesterol in Feb. ‘06. I’m on 500mg Metformin twice a day and 10 mg
of Crestor once a day.

I can’t eat much cereal & milk anymore because my Bg’s go through the
roof.

I love egg white omletts and yogurt.

Any other suggestions?

Sonya
