Turkey and Potato Hash

2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups turkey breast, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg white

Cover potatoes with water in small saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until just tender.
Drain.
Combine potatoes, turkey, onion, bell pepper, salt, chili powder and pepper in

large bowl; stir in egg white until well blended.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add turkey mixture; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until brown and crisp.
Makes 6 servings.
