Snow Peas w Water Chesnuts & Bamoo Shoots - 7g Carb

2 tsp peanut oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
2 cups trimmed fresh snow peas
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoots
1/2 cup low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste

In a wok over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
Add the onion and celery and stir-fry for 3 minutes.


Add the snow peas, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots,
and broth. Cover and steam 1-2 minutes.

Add the pepper and salt to taste. Snow peas should
still be crisp and bright green when served.
