Tomato-Basil Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Salad:
4 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp dried, crumbled
Dressing:
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
Remaining Ingredients:
2 Tbsp shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
1. For salad, arrange tomato slices on a large, flat plate.
2. Sprinkle with basil.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour
over tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and refrigerate
until serving.
