curious about egg beaters vs real eggs

because as diabetes we tend to rely on eggs too much and could eat too

Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
1 tsp. water
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend

1 slice bread, toasted
In a small bowl, combine tomato and basil; set aside.

1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
2 1/2 cups skim milk

1 8 ounce package Philadelphia fat free cream cheese.
bake buscuits according to package directions.

Ingredients
2 medium apples, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons snipped, pitted whole dates
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon raspberry spreadable fruit
1/4 cup low-fat granola cereal
Directions:
Combine apples and dates in two individual casseroles.

16 ounces lean ground beef
1/2 c + 1 Tbl dried fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup shredded unpeeled zucchini
2 tsp italian seasoning *
1 cup (8 oz) tomato sauce *
2 tsp splenda
1/2 cup + 1 Tbl. reduced fat Mozarella cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 6 wells of a muffin
pan with olive oil flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl,
combine meat, bread crumbs, onion and zucchini, 1 tsp
Italian seasoning, and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix well to
combine. Evenly divide meat mixture between prepared muffin
cups and make an indentation in the center of each.

1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 lb Bulk Italian sausage
1/2 cup Minced onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dried sage
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup Unprocessed bran
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together well.

1 beaten egg
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. extra lean ground beef 94-96% lean
8 oz. crushed pineapple in light syrup drained
2 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
In large mixing bowl stir together egg, oats, onion,
pepper and salt. Add beef and pineapple. Mix well. Divide
equally in a 6 hole cupcake tin. Bake uncovered in a
350* oven for 30-35 minutes or til meat is no longer pink.
Top each with 1 tsp. sauce.

These are made on the George Foreman grill.
12 oz. lean ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 oz. dried , fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. reduced sodium tomato juice
1/8 t. black pepper
Combine all in a large bowl. Using a 1/2 cup measure as a
guide, form 4 patties. Lightly spray the GF grill. Arrange
the patties on grill. Close lid and grill for 5 min. Serve
hot as is or place on hamburger buns. Serves 4
