6 servings
prep time: 45 minutes

1 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 tablespoon milk
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. dried pizza seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup chopped pitted ripe olives

crumbs, milk, garlic, pizza seasoning and salt; mix well.
Shape mixture into twelve 4 inch sausage shaped rolls.
Flatten each to 1/4 inch thickness to form patties.

and olives; mix well. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of mixture
evenly onto 6 patties, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges.

3. When ready to grill, place meat loaves on gas grill over
medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium
