Sheila’s Breakfast Maple Sausage Patties

2 teaspoons Substitute for JO’s Sausage Seasoning — *see Note
1 pound ground turkey — (or extra lean ground beef)
2 tablespoons Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup — (maple flavored)
* NOTE: Nutrient info calculated with substitute for JO’s Sausage
Seasoning, but you may use the real thing.
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup as a guide to form 6 "maple sausage"
patties.
Place in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray and
brown for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serves 6.
