Watermelon-Tropical Treat

2 c. watermelon, cut in small squares
2 bananas, sliced
1 mango, sliced

1. Combine all ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl.

2. Garnish: fresh blueberries, honey-raspberry sauce
(recipe follows)or nondairy strawberry yogurt.

Yield: 3-4 servings

Honey-Raspberry Sauce

1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. Raspberry Polaner All Fruit Jam
2 c. Juicey Juice 100% Juice, kiwi strawberry flavor
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1. In a saucepan, gradually mix cornstarch and juice,
and cook over low to medium heat until somewhat thickened.

2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, then
blend well.

Yield: 2 cups

Calories: 38, Fat: 0 grams, Carbohydrate: 9.8 grams,
Dietary Fiber: 0 grams, Protein: 0.3 grams,
Sodium: 4.0 milligrams
