RASPBERRY TURKEY SALAD

4 cups fresh spinach, torn
3 cups romaine lettuce, torn
18 ounce cooked, sliced turkey breast
3 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced raw mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
1 medium red pepper, julienned
1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing

Place the spinach and romaine on a large platter. Combine the remaining

ingredients and toss lightly. Pile on top of the greens to serve.
