Basic Ground Beef

You can use this simple recipe in a variety of different
dishes. Divide the mixture into 4-oz. portions and freeze
in small freezer bags. Then thaw when you’re ready to use!

Number of Servings: 6 Serving Size: 4-oz.

1 1/2 lb lean 90 percent ground beef
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Divide the meat into six 4-oz. portions and place
in small freezer bags.

3. Freeze immediately. Use any refrigerated portions
within 48 hours.
