<description>Fresh dill always goes well with salmon.
Capers would work.
Mixed mediterranean herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram) I
think would be good, also.
I often use dijon mustard in sauces for salmon but I don't think it
would work well with cream cheese.

<description>You could leave the horseradish out if you like since it isn't a large
proportion of the recipe or you could try substituting liquid smoke (check it
out on a small amount first to see if you like it). I use the liquid smoke in
my smoked salmon dip recipe.

horseradish with not really a big fan on horseradish.

		<description>12 ozs. smoked Salmon
1 cup fat-free cream cheese
2 tsps. prepared horseradish
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped, fresh parsley

Place the salmon in a medium bowl. Flake with a fork. Add the remaining
ingredients except for the parsley and stir until the mixture is the consistency
of a spread. Shape the mixture into a log or place in a serving dish and
sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve with whole-grain crackers, fresh
vegetables or baby bagels.
