Hot Artichoke Dip, II
Yield: 30 (1/4 cup) servings

2 (14-3/4 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Add mayonnaise,
sour cream, water chestnuts, cheese, and scallions.
Pour into slow cooker. Cover.
Cook on HIGH 1-2 hours or on LOW 3-4 hours.
Serve with crackers or crusty French bread
